Processing Time

Orders placed on business days before 4:00 PM (CET) will be processed the same day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time

Netherlands & Belgium: 5–12 business days

Change of Shipping Address
Did you accidentally enter the wrong address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to make the change, but if your order has already been processed, we cannot guarantee the address can still be updated.

Order Cancellation
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, you have up to 2 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation. Please contact our customer service and include your order number so we can check what is possible.
